HR Project Management Specialist
BEPC is actively looking for an HR Project Management Specialist in the Phoenix, AZ area! W2 Contract 6 months with possible extensions! Benefits:

$55.00 - $60.00 /hour Determined based on experience (Paid weekly) Work Model:
Hybrid at least 3 days onsite per week (based on business needs) / Day shift with early start (around 5 AM) to overlap with India team, as needed. Note:
This is a W2 only role C2C, C2H will not be considered. BEPC is seeking a highly motivated HR Project Management Specialist to join our clients site in Phoenix, AZ. This role will support successful project execution, ensuring on?time delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. The position requires collaboration with cross?functional teams and stakeholders to support critical HR initiatives. Report to HR Services Director to lead and execute HR initiatives (including Oracle HCM projects), manage project plans, budgets, risks, UAT, cross?functional teams, and ensure on?time delivery following company methodology. Candidate Questions (to be answered on resume):
Do you have at least 5 years of experience managing HR projects, including system implementations or upgrades (such as Oracle HCM)? Can you describe your experience leading cross?functional teams without direct authority and how you ensured project success? Are you able to work a hybrid schedule in Phoenix, AZ, with an early start (around 5 AM) to overlap with global teams as needed? Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and execution. Deliver Oracle HCM projects on scope, on budget, and on time to support Aerospace Technologies. Manage project execution and closure following established project methodology. Establish and operate management systems to control assigned projects. Identify required resources and structure project setup. Build clear project objectives and success measures. Manage constraints around cost, time, scope, and quality. Review progress with Steering Committee and present in regular MOS reviews. Proactively manage escalations and measure project benefits. Lead cross?functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) without direct reporting authority. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, HR, or related field (Masters preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR project management or related role. Experience managing HR systems and tools. Proven track record of delivering HR projects successfully. Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority. Experience driving change and managing complex initiatives. Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in Oracle HCM or equivalent ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem?solving skills. Experience leading large, global HR projects. Proficiency in Vision, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project. Ability to handle confidential/PII data securely. About BEPC
