Responsibilities
Overall management of inventory in assigned Nursing and/or Ancillary unit(s) to support supply replenishment, quality, cost, and department goals.
Liaison to Nursing to provide working knowledge of product lines.
Support Supply Chain Management to keep inventory and expenses within par level targets.
Accurately control consumable supplies to reduce obsolescence, waste, and outdates through PAR optimization, product rotation, and ongoing communication.
Manage replenishment orders, recalls and product conversions, including proper supply levels, labeling and PAR level changes in Lawson.
Coordinate and perform scheduled physical and cycle count inventories, analyzing outcomes to adjust inventory levels.
Support all areas within the Supply Chain Management department, including other par locations, DME, mailroom and office support.
Manage all incoming and outgoing freight, delivery to departments, ensuring proper signature in Lawson and coordinating returns to vendors with RGA number.
Enter receipt of tissue following established processes.
Qualifications
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (beginner level preferred).
Lawson ERP experience preferred.
HS/GED required; CMRP preferred.
Valid driver’s license for Corporate Supply Chain Tech roles.
Physical requirements – medium work: up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly.
