Estimate civil, structural, and mechanical projects with a focus on concrete foundations, structural steel, and heavy equipment setting. Supervise and direct superintendents and workforce. Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings to understand project constructability. Perform contract and subcontract review and negotiation. Conduct pre-job meetings with superintendents to review scope of work, scheduling, manpower requirements, work sequence, special requirements, and safety. Monitor ongoing jobs for costs, profitability, and schedule adherence. Maintain safety awareness and reinforce safe behaviors with superintendents and workforce. Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for the company insurer. Qualifications
Hands‑on knowledge of estimating software, scheduling software, cost distribution, and common contracting procedures is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record acceptable to the company insurer. Benefits
