Responsibilities
Full-time production supervisor within Westinghouse production facility in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.
Overall responsibility for Warrendale Facility.
Reports to the Manufacturing Plant Manager.
Provide day-to-day direction to technicians for production activities.
Maintain all calibrated measurement and tooling.
Maintain qualification and training for production personnel and special processes.
Responsible for interfacing with WEC Logistics for inbound/outbound shipping activities.
Responsible for material control and inventory management.
Responsible for planned and unplanned facility maintenance needs.
Work in conjunction with corporate EHS to ensure compliance to all EHS requirements.
Act as site Nuclear Safety Culture champion.
Responsible for interfacing with corporate security to address access, alarms, etc.
Support plant safety initiatives with goal of zero recordable incidents.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility.
Collect and share relevant operating experiences with workforce.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred not required.
