Position Summary: This role is for individuals looking to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment at Sam’s Club in Texarkana, TX.
Base pay range $19.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Responsibilities
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics by following the Open Door Policy and implementing action plans.
Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely, picking up, moving, and positioning merchandise pallets.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
Receive stock, organize merchandise and supplies, manage inventory flow, and maintain logs and documentation.
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and guiding them with self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
Assure proper merchandising presentation and clean displays, remove damaged goods, and monitor security, shrink, and safety risks.
Help fill club pick‑up orders, stage merchandise, and perform audits for accuracy.
Track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage using inventory tools and equipment.
Identify technology needs, assist members with technology services, and model best practices for technology use.

Compensation The hourly wage range is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums may be paid between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications
90 days of prior experience with forklift certification and the ability to safely use pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
