Patient Flow Supervisor

Responsibilities
Facilitate patient flow through the organization by coordinating admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
Delegate care to team members and assign patients, ensuring balanced workload.
Lead patient care teams to meet departmental objectives and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Assist Clinical Directors or Supervisors in interdepartmental coordination and resource monitoring to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience Required Previous supervisory experience.
Education Requirements Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing.
License / Certification Requirements
Current NJ‑RN License (Registered Nurse).
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS CPR Certification.
