Tools Consultant L1 Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools. Required Skills
Splunk Enterprise (primary skill) Python (secondary skill) Well‑versed with search head and indexer clustering topology Hands‑on shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration experience Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python and/or Windows scripts Thorough knowledge of regular expressions Strong debugging and analytical skills Good communication skills and tenacity to drive vendors, system admins and others to deliver solutions together Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative technology solutions Desired Skills
Experience with deployment tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, BladeLogic and/or AutoSys Experience working in a secure, multi‑data‑center environment Experience with other monitoring tools Splunk Enterprise Certified Administrator (Preferred) Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect (Preferred) Mandatory Skills
Splunk AIOPS; 5–8 years of experience. Compensation & Benefits
Expected compensation ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation depends on location, minimum wage obligations, skills and relevant experience. Eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
