Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst – Banking & Finance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work with financial and transactional data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and organize banking and financial data from various sources.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets.
- Analyze large financial datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support forecasting and performance analysis initiatives.
- Design and build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Present insights clearly to business and finance stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance, risk, and business teams to deliver analytics solutions.
- Use SQL, Excel, and BI platforms for financial analysis and reporting.
- Support financial data governance and reporting best practices.
Qualifications
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
- ✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- ✅ Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
- ✅ Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- ✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
- ✅ Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
