About The Role
As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will provide advanced customer service support to tenants and vendors.
What You’ll Do
Assist management with various administrative tasks including answering phones, communicating with tenants, preparing expense reports, scheduling meetings, filing and copying.
Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases.
Work with Building Technicians and vendors to compile maintenance items and coordinate vendors.
Review lease administration documents such as lease abstracts and oversee lease administration activities.
Prepare tenant bills and submit upon approval.
Help prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
Submit invoices for payment and purchase orders by inputting them into the accounting system.
Forward original invoices to accounting for payment.
Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems occurring in own work area.
Evaluate and choose solutions from established options.
Impact team through quality of services or information provided.
Follow standardized procedures and practices with moderate supervision.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with 3‑4 years of job‑related experience.
Understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function.
Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content concisely.
In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Advanced math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
