Harmony Law Group, a real estate law firm focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, is looking to hire a residential real estate closer. We represent buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, and developers in closings, refinances, and complex property matters. Our practice is detail-driven, deadline-focused, and client-centered, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and teamwork.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Alpharetta. The Real Estate Closer will be responsible for managing and facilitating the closing process for real estate transactions. Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing settlement statements, balancing CDs with lenders, reviewing closing‑related documents, clearing title under attorney’s supervision, coordinating with clients and lenders, disbursing funds, and ensuring a smooth closing process. The Real Estate Closer will also address client inquiries and collaborate with other team members to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
Proficiency in preparing settlement statement/CD, and reviewing closing documents
Strong attention to detail and work well under pressure
Exceptional communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients
Ability to meet deadlines; manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with real estate software tools
Previous experience as a Real Estate Closer or similar role is preferred
