We are seeking a full‑time board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. Our behavior analysts provide school, home and community‑based services to school‑age children with behavioral and learning disorders. Responsibilities include direct services, parent training, supervision, documentation, and meticulous record keeping for treatment plans, progress notes and annual reports. This position is based in one location.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field
Willingness to provide services in Queens, NY (Belle Harbor)
Availability: Monday – Friday
Experience providing ABA to school‑age children diagnosed with Autism and various language and speech disorders
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 services to children with Autism and their families
Foster strong relationships with families
Engage with caregivers to maintain consistent therapeutic schedules
Maintain weekly, quarterly and annual paperwork including daily session notes, progress reports and annual reviews
