Board-certified or board-eligible in
Interventional Pain Medicine Passion for
patient-centered care
and improving quality of life Commitment to
collaboration

diverse rural population Position Highlights:
Schedule:
2 days in clinic 2 days in procedures 1 day split between both
Procedural Volume:
25-30 procedures per day on average Advanced Technology:
Fluoroscopy-guided procedures, permanent spinal cord stimulators and more Collaborative Environment:
Work alongside a supportive team of physicians and NPs Patient-Centered Care:
Focus on improving quality of life through innovative, evidence-based treatments In order to apply one must meet the qualifications below: Completed an ACGME accredited Residency training program in Neurology or Anesthesiology AND An ACGME accredited Fellowship training program in Pain Medicine of at least twelve months duration OR In lieu of formal Pain Management training, physicians completing these residencies should have spent at least the last two years practicing pain management. Current certification in Pain Medicine by the applicable ABMS board. Board certification must be achieved within five years of being admissible to take the exam. Applicant must provide documentation of pain medicine services (50 cases) representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous year (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year).
