Technical Support Specialist
The client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a member of the IT Support Department, you will support a high‑profile user community in a professional banking environment.

Job Responsibilities
Provide software and hardware support to end‑users.
Configure, install, and test hardware components, including deployment and replacements.
Manage hardware and software service issues via the ServiceNow ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
Assist with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications such as VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti‑virus solutions.
Backup, recover, and reimage user devices remotely and at the user’s desk, ensuring data integrity and device functionality.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience providing software/hardware support in a professional setting.
Knowledge of server, Cisco technology, and troubleshooting MS Office applications including MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS.
Experience with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management, incident/request management, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Proficiency in data backup, recovery, and device reimaging techniques.
Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
