Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Overview:
Lead the HR function supporting a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Primary responsibility for HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, benefits, and payroll oversight. Hands‑on manager executing and improving HR systems, policy, and workforce administration. Key Responsibilities
Lead HR team, assign work, supervise daily HR execution Develop and implement HR policies, SOP, compliance documentation Maintain HRIS, personnel records, audits, reporting accuracy Oversee onboarding, orientation, offboarding, status changes Manage employee relations, investigations, corrective actions Support workforce scheduling, attendance enforcement, discipline consistency Lead HR projects including job grading, performance management, training programs Ensure workplace policy enforcement across all departments Support local hiring initiatives to expand U.S. workforce mix Supervise payroll execution for 100+ employees Review and approve timecards, OT, shift differentials, attendance corrections Administer compensation changes, promotions, annual merit cycles Support wage analysis, labor cost data reporting Manage benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and life-event processing Primary contact for employee benefits and payroll‑related inquiries Required Qualifications
