We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, specifically in areas such as personal injury, construction defect, and product liability. The candidate should be licensed in Texas and possess a minimum of 2‑5 years of experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys. Responsibilities
Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation and in court proceedings. Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights. Provide legal advice relating to personal injury, construction defect, and product liability cases. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in the best interest of the clients. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Collaborate with the team to develop effective case strategies. Regularly communicate with clients and provide them with updates on their cases. Qualifications
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar of Texas. 2‑5 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Construction Defect, and Product Liability. Proven experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Excellent legal writing and communication skills. Proficiency in using legal research software. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
