Personal Injury Attorney | Up to $160k Base | Nassau, NY
Base pay range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year. Up to $160,000 base + trial bonus. Up to 25% origination bonus on cases you bring.
I am currently working with a dynamic Personal Injury firm, based in Nassau County, who are actively seeking multiple expansion hires to further grow the firm in Long Island. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:
The Firm
Trial Experts:
Renowned firm in the trial space with multiple 7 figure outcomes over the last few years across the state.
Lucrative bonus potential:
Earn up to 25% on origination for cases you bring in and an average 5% trial bonus of cases you inherit.
Established firm:
Over 100 years of experience, trusted advocate for individuals who have been wronged.
Community presence:
Active community involvement through networking, marketing, and events.
The Role
Manage your own caseload of personal injury cases relating mainly to car accidents, slip/fall, and premises liability.
Assist senior associates with drafting and discovery phases of litigation while maintaining firm standards.
Invest in your CPE: firm aids development through networking events, conferences, and course funding.
Participate in community projects and fundraising events to give back locally.
Requirements
3+ years experience.
Personal injury experience.
Barred in NY.
Package
Up to $160k base.
Trial‑based bonus.
