Major bank in midtown Manhattan seeks RECRUITING COORDINATOR to:
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including requisition creation, coordinating interview scheduling, candidate correspondence and other administrative tasks related to recruitment. . This role is hybrid requiring some days in the New York City office for training, to support in-person interviews, and attend meetings as requested. The hours of work are 8:45am – 5:15pm, with flexibility needed to support scheduled interviews or attend meetings.
Support the business by creating requisitions, as needed, in their applicant tracking system
Manage the logistics associated with handling candidate interviews, including scheduling, confirmation phone calls, in-person greeting of candidates. This includes preparing copies of candidate resumes and relevant interview documentation as well greeting candidates and ensuring smooth interviews and hand-offs with interviewers, whether in person or virtual
Provide timely correspondence to internal and external candidates advising on status
Manage timely communication with recruits and interview teams regarding status of requests
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Specialists to understand the recruitment process and Human Resources department
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of experience in a large corporation working within HR/recruiting
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully. collaborate with colleagues
Customer focus and strong action orientation
Experience managing and coordinating calendars in different time zones
Proficiency with technology: HR Systems (applicant tracking system), Microsoft Office Suite; Video conferencing platforms (WebEx, Teams, and/or Zoom)
