Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, schedules, and deliverables.

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.

Delegate responsibilities clearly and ensure accountability across all project phases.

Foster a collaborative, solution‑driven project environment.

Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets.

Review and approve change orders, invoices, and project expenses.

Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality and scope.

Create and maintain detailed project schedules.

Monitor progress, milestones, and critical path activities.

Identify delays early and implement corrective actions.

Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Ensure construction work meets project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.

Conduct inspections and quality audits.

Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Provide regular updates on project status, budget, and schedule.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar construction leadership role.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
