Base Pay Range $22.00/hr – $24.00/hr
Summary The Quality Assurance Inspector ensures that products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. They perform batch record reviews, collaborate with production and engineering teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Conduct batch record and document reviews and perform quality assurance on the production floor.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).
Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory standards.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with quality management systems and software.
Ability to work in and out of manufacturing suites.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field preferred.
0–2 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles.
Pay Transparency Full-time positions—including the base pay and benefits—are disclosed in the job posting. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at 1.5× the base rate for hours over 40 per week, as required by law. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and other standard corporate benefits.
