Basic Job Functions Act as the primary point of contact for assigned territories from project initiation through shipment. Receive and process orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation. Ensure alignment on pricing, scope, and project schedules for assigned projects. Generate and communicate project schedule updates to customers and Sales Account Managers. Prepare change order requests based on customer revisions and returned approval drawings. Coordinate resources across departments to support efficiency and maximize project profitability. Effectively manage multiple priorities, including project scheduling, pricing, and phone/email communications. Proactively identify potential risks, issues, or delays and communicate cost‑effective solutions. Partner with Quality and Project Management teams to resolve field issues and back charges in a timely manner. Comply with NWS policies, Sales Service Procedures, and divisional service standards. Travel periodically to sales meetings, customer offices, and jobsites as required. Develop and maintain working knowledge of engineering, detailing, and fabrication practices. Initiate, lead, and uphold safety practices, policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

8 years of experience in project coordination, steel rack industry, construction, or construction related field

Effective verbal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Technical Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s in Business, Construction, or Engineering related fields

Experience leading Teams as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Project Lead

Strong background in the steel racking industry

Experience in Customer Service with both internal and external customers

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft D365
