Sr. Business Partner, Field Alliance Operations (Remote) Join CrowdStrike as a Senior Business Partner supporting our partner ecosystem and playing a key role in the growth and success of the Field Alliances Operations function.

About The Role As a senior business partner under Field Alliances Operations, you will manage day‑to‑day operations supporting CrowdStrike’s rapidly growing partner ecosystem, the CrowdStrike Alliances/Partner leadership team, and the wider Alliances/Partner organization. A strong focus on managing Salesforce data, maintaining partner program integrity, and driving partner‑facing process improvements will be central to your work. You will advocate for partners, continually improve our operations, build scalability, and ensure a seamless CrowdStrike experience for all partners.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Alliances leaders to align channel strategy and deliver data‑driven insights into trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Manage day‑to‑day operational tasks supporting Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.

Analyze data, prepare metrics and KPIs, and share insights with management on a regular basis.

Advise on process enhancements and collaborate with IT and capability teams.

Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align processes with business needs and recommend future improvements.

Engage in the Annual Planning Process, including territory alignment and quota setting.

Investigate and resolve commission issues escalated by the Compensation Team.

Institute best practices and scalable processes, including data flow, across the Americas.

Participate in Partner Account Planning and identify opportunities to streamline processes as the partnership model expands.

Align with cross‑functional teams to ensure a positive user experience for our partners.

Implement new processes and enhancements within the Americas and train shared services teams, acting as a point for escalation.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 5 years of Partner/Channel Operations experience

Strong analytical background with the ability to uncover anomalies

Self‑starter, detail and process oriented, and operationally minded

Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills with strong business partnership experience

Expertise in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Tableau, and Clari, with demonstrated ability to work with large data sets

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage through ambiguity and change

Curious mindset and willingness to constantly improve experience for partners and internal teams

Ability to optimize and prioritize tasks, be a team player, and influence cross‑functionally
