Danfoss is looking for a Global SIOP Planner to join our team onsite at our facility in Tallahassee, FL. What You’ll Be Doing
Key contributor to the success of Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process; responsible for creating and maintaining schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and working collaboratively with production, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure that orders are shipped on time and inventory levels are optimized. Coordinate with sales and factory planners to develop and execute strategic plans and schedules for manufacturing and inventory planning. Responsible for identifying bottlenecks for the business to execute the plan and coordinate discussions to resolve these with the stakeholders. Work with manufacturing leaders to expedite operations that delay schedules and adjust schedules to meet unforeseen conditions; generate consensus production plan for a 3–12 month rolling horizon that supports the agreed‑upon product demand plans. What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations. 3 years of experience with planning and scheduling in MTO/ETO manufacturing environments; and SAP MM/P2P/SD processes. 2 years of experience with global or multi‑site planning, inventory and SS management evaluation; S&OE and S&OP implementation; and maintaining a global multi‑factory forecast (e.g., Anaplan). Relevant professional certification, either CSCP, CPIM, or ISM. Hours
