$140,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job Details:

We are a contract manufacturer specializing in medical components and devices, especially high‑precision molding. This role focuses on business development within the medical device industry, targeting OEMs and contract manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve or exceed profitable sales revenue.

Identify and pursue potential clients, partnerships, and business opportunities in the manufacturing and engineering sector.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts by offering solutions and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product development with customer needs and market trends.

Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.

Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to stakeholders.

Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products and services.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within contract manufacturing.

Proven experience selling to medical device manufacturers.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, and contract negotiation.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts.

Knowledge of injection molding, liquid silicone rubber, or high‑consistency rubber.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Willingness to travel as required.
