Rite Rug, a top privately owned flooring company since 1934, is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Service Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on scheduling, coordinating, and closing customer installations and repairs to ensure efficient service delivery.
Essential Functions
Schedule homes for installation
Enter service calls and coordinate repair dates
Monthly close all open repairs
Assist field supervisors
Schedule job finishes
Ensure material on order is received and scheduled
Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multi‑task and prioritize duties
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent time‑management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
