Delivery Specialist - Hub

Responsibilities
Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution center in a safe and efficient manner.
Drive company vehicle and maintain a daily city route manifest.
Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the set route.
Secure fleet/fuel card, vehicle, keys, and lock the vehicle at the end of the day.
Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission) and log mileage prior to operating the vehicle.
Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Maintain a professional and personable image to promote good customer relations.
Adapt to changing delivery situations and report delays to the city delivery supervisor or remaining stores on route.
Familiarize with accident report guidelines and adhere to company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
Qualifications
Legal state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
Bilingual candidates encouraged; fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
