Customer Service Representative Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers - we value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and ability to assist customers through the ordering process.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service through order taking, our CSRs gain valuable experience by assisting with in-store duties and learning the pizza delivery business. CSRs earn an hourly base pay of $16.00.

Great Hours!

Our CSRs work mostly on weekends and evenings. It is a great after-school, second job, summer job, or part-time job for anyone looking for flexible part-time hours.

In this position you will learn the in-store side of the business and can move into management. Domino’s Pizza is committed to promoting from within.

Job Requirements

Minimum age 18 years and possess excellent communication skills. Some computer experience is helpful.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Physical Requirements

Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some areas. Work surfaces 36" to 48" high.

Walking: For short distances and durations. Delivery personnel travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer location.

Sitting: Paperwork completed in an office at a desk or table.

Lifting: Bulk product deliveries with hand truck; cases up to 50 pounds, dimensions up to 3' x 1.5". Cases lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.

Carrying: Large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of dough (12 lbs each), pizzas, beverages.

Pushing/Pulling: Move trays on dollies; approximate force up to 7.5 pounds.

Climbing: Occasionally navigate stairs or ladder to change prices, wash walls, and perform maintenance.

Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at waist at pizza assembly station; forward bending also at front counter and stocking.

Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching: Continuous; up, down, forward. Reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change price signs, and lift/lower objects. Reach down to scoop cornmeal, wash dishes. Reach forward for topping ingredients, cleaning surfaces, answering phones.

Machines, Tools, Equipment: Use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, pizza peel.

Qualifications

Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows you to work in the United States of America.

Friendly and works well with others.

Works well under stress in a high-paced environment.

Ability to multitask.

Able to respond to customer concerns.

Must be able to follow Team Sharma Domino’s Policies.

Must be able to work together as a team.

Must understand that all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
