Basic Job Functions
Hands‑on network administration support
Network maintenance, design, and operations support
System and network troubleshooting
Wireless support
End‑user assistance
Remote troubleshooting from home or off‑site as needed
Ensure backup of critical data & files
Maintain Level 2 systems
Lead innovative projects in hardware and software upgrades
Work scheduled/unscheduled overtime, weekends and holidays
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
