General Overview

The Equipment Operator, under the Site Supervisor’s guidance, will adhere to company safety and operational protocols, ensuring services are delivered flawlessly and incident‑free, with a focus on environmental and community mindfulness. Through training and practice, they will enhance their skills and may undertake responsibilities such as rigging, pump maintenance, sand, acid and chemical operations, blender operations, ground foreman tasks, and more, based on district assignments. Responsibilities

Rig up, rig down, and operate and maintain equipment as directed by supervisory staff. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company operational policies. Safely rig high‑pressure iron and hoses as required to perform well services. Perform routine maintenance on all assigned service equipment. Drive equipment to and from locations as required. Maintain and submit daily driver log reports, equipment/truck reports, Individual Vehicle Driver’s Record (IVDR), and other required paperwork. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Complete and abide by all safety training and other provided training. Appropriate communication skills for coordination of well service activities with crew members and supervisory staff. Travel to job location as required; may include extensive out‑of‑town travel. Sensitive to confidential information. Must work independently and as a member of a team. Mental and Physical Requirements

Read, speak, and write English. Work under stressful conditions at times. Lift, bend, kneel, stand, walk, squat, and pull up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly on moving objects. Use hands to handle, feel, or operate tools or controls. Endure moderate noise levels, vibrations, bright lights, and all climate types (hot, cold, humidity, rain, snow, etc.). Wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats when needed. Work irregular hours, shift work, overtime, and travel, overnight, and multiple stays. Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty and dependability, reliability, and fulfillment of responsibilities.
