Molding Operator II – Geospace Technologies
We invite applications for the
Molding Operator II
position at
Geospace Technologies .
Responsibilities
Operate injection molding machine to produce molded plastic parts.
Visually inspect mold for damage and inspect finished parts for quality.
Prepare and load material into molds; purge machine as required.
Clip, trim, and clean parts as needed.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Assist with setup, start-up, and cleaning of the screw and other process equipment.
Document procedures and train operators on standard practices.
Perform additional duties, responsibilities, and assignments as directed.
Supervision No supervisory responsibilities. Receive direction from a Supervisor, Lead, or Mold Technician.
Education High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Working Conditions & Safety Concerns Work is performed in a well‑lit manufacturing area. Use rubberized safety gloves to prevent finger burns. The role may involve sitting or standing, and tasks with moving machine parts.
