Responsibilities
Provide specialized perioperative care to cardiac surgery patients in the CVOR unit.
Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient assessments and interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and surgical standards.
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
Skills Needed
Current RN license in PA or compact state.
Proficiency in CVOR procedures and cardiac surgical protocols.
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
