Job Description
Serve as a resource for clinical inquiry, identifying potential projects and subject‑matter expertise.
Demonstrate a “spirit of inquiry” to support professional curiosity, research, evidence‑based practice, and quality improvement initiatives using the organization’s preferred structure (PDSA).
Collaborate with others to identify problems, solutions, and assist in implementing planned changes.
Create a supportive environment for nursing research, scientific inquiry, quality improvement, and evidence‑based practice.
Disseminate evidence‑based practice findings through educational programs, courses, and other activities.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's of Nursing (Required)
Master's in Acute/Critical Care Nursing – Adult (CCRN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Nursing Professional Development – Board Certified (NPD‑BC) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Compensation $67,825.41 – $126,165.41
