Available Shifts / Schedule

Full‑time: 9 AM–5 PM – every other weekend required

Part‑time: 7 AM–3 PM – every other weekend required

Part‑time: 3 PM–11 PM – every other weekend required

Competitive pay

Streak Attendance Bonus – up to $3,000 a year

Position Summary Provides licensed nursing services to residents and may supervise other staff positions.

Responsibilities

Administer medication in compliance with Federal & State regulations

Conduct admissions of new residents, including assessments and documentation

Complete service plans

Track clinical data (e.g., wounds, infection control) under the direction of the Director

Consult on health‑related concerns within the community

Communicate effectively – listen, speak & write

Notify physicians and/or family of any change in resident’s health with proper documentation

Respond quickly to emergencies

Work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely while maintaining close communication with all departments and staff

Provide educational meetings for residents and staff; attend all required training, in‑service and staff meetings

Provide oversight and direction for care staff as needed

Understand role in Safety & Disaster Plan

Maintain confidentiality of resident information

Maintain safe working environment and preserve equipment

Maintain positive professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families and co‑workers

Adhere to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse in the state

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college/university, or 1–2 years related experience/training, or equivalent education‑experience combination

CPR certified or willing to become certified
