Responsibilities
Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
About GCT Golden Care Therapy is an ABA therapy provider delivering home‑based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). Our admin team has firsthand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We pride ourselves on company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.
Experience & Qualifications
RBT Certification is required.
Special education: 1 year (Preferred).
Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred).
Seniority Level Entry level.
