Pay Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Schedule
Shift: 3pm-11:30pm
Mon‑Fri with weekend on‑call every 6‑8 weeks
Participate in on‑call weekend rotations approximately every 6‑8 weeks and 2 out of 3 major holidays per year
Responsibilities
Manage resident care needs according to care plans
Supervise and coach staff on shift to ensure standards of care are met
Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
Accurately document and maintain records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families
Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.
Participate in on‑call weekend rotations (approx. every 6‑8 weeks) and 2 out of 3 major holidays per year
Requirements
Current Maine RN license
Experience working as a nurse manager or supervisor
