2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time

Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $16.00/hr.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and guide them through the shopping experience.
Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
Process sales on the computer, handle cash and credit card transactions.
Restock the sales floor and maintain a neat, clean store environment.
Teach new staff how to perform these tasks.
Lead the team on duty to ensure a superior customer sales experience.
Make bank deposits and process freight as it arrives.

Requirements
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation for bank deposits.
Willingness to teach others and develop people‑management skills.
Able to open/close the store and work alone when necessary.
Able to stand, walk, kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25‑50 pounds.
