Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.
The Day‑to‑Day
Setting Appointments – 6–8 hours per week: reaching out to potential clients that have previously requested coverage and scheduling a time to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
Research – 4–5 hours per week: digging into the information the client provided in order to customize options to meet financial needs in the event of a death or disability.
Meeting with Families – 2 days per week: meeting with clients virtually or in person to present options, discuss details of coverage, and help them apply.
Administrative – 2 hours per week: following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Requirements
Entry‑level is accepted.
Coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset.
Passion for people is a MUST.
Compensation and Incentives
Commission‑only based sales position.
Average commission on a mortgage protection product ≈ $600 per family protected.
Full‑time agents expected to sell 5–10 mortgage protection plans per week.
Additional premium financial products (retirement, 401(k)s, IRAs) available for upselling.
Uncapped commission plus a competitive bonus structure program and incentive trips for qualifying agents/managers based on individual and team results.
