Title: Adjunct Instructor in the Masters of Science in Nursing Program

Position Summary: The Masters of Science in Nursing Program in the School of Nursing and Allied Health Professions is seeking applications to build a pool of adjunct instructors for possible future part‑time course assignments. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching lecture and laboratory courses, and experience utilizing the virtual environment (e.g., Canvas LMS) to augment classroom instruction. Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant teaching and practice experience. Application review will begin immediately and continue until all available vacancies have been filled.
Location Details: One of eight campuses of Indiana University, IU Kokomo is a comprehensive non‑residential campus located 50 miles north of Indianapolis in Kokomo, Indiana, a city with a population of about 57,000. The campus serves approximately 3,230 students from a 14‑county area in north‑central Indiana. IU Kokomo has around 260 full‑time faculty and staff. Basic Qualifications Applicants must be a licensed registered nurse in the State of Indiana, hold an MSN degree awarded by an institution that is accredited by the CNEA, CCNE, or ACEN, and have at least 3 years of practice experience.
