Experienced Apartment (HVAC) Maintenance Technician
Hourly rate: $26.00/hr – $26.00/hr
Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking dependable, hard‑working, and self‑motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician professionals.
Job Description Our Certified Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the Certified Maintenance Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed.
Job Duties
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
Complete Make Ready / Punch‑Outs on vacant units
Assist in renovation projects and maintain the curb appeal of the community
Job Qualifications
Must have your own tools and 1–2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
EPA Type I & II or Universal Certified
Work well in a team environment
Have a strong work ethic; be reliable and dependable
