Responsibilities
Providing advanced patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitoring vital signs and adjusting treatments accordingly
Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout shifts
Skills Required
Strong critical thinking and decision‑making abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle high‑pressure situations
Current RN license and ICU experience
