Overview
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Knoxville, TN. The role offers $2,078 per week and requires 24 hours per week of 8‑hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
Position and immobilize patients for CT scans using protective equipment.
Set and monitor CT equipment controls, making adjustments for optimal image quality.
Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including IV placement and contrast injection.
Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
Support interventional CT procedures and evaluate scans for technical quality.
Schedule patients, manage patient records, and charge procedures and supplies.
Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration.
Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care and maintain a patient‑focused environment.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 months of CT Technologist experience in a health care setting.
Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified; state licensure required by most states.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Valid background check and drug screening clearance.
