Description Blazer Jobs is working with a school in the Baltimore area to hire a Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year. This full‑time, school‑based opportunity is ideal for dedicated SLPs who are passionate about supporting the communication and language development needs of K12 students.

The successful candidate will be skilled in assessments, therapy delivery, and team collaboration to help students succeed in their educational environments.

Responsibilities

Provide speech‑language services to a diverse K12 student population

Conduct evaluations and write thorough, data‑driven reports

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or

Active Maryland SLP License and MSDE certification

Previous school‑based experience preferred

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
