What You’ll Do The Regional Operations Manager oversees day‑to‑day business operations for an E2 Optics regional area, ensuring profitability on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Key responsibilities include:

Generate new customers and identify new business opportunities.

Recruit, develop, and lead employees to achieve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Protect and promote company core values by enforcing safety and fostering a family‑centric culture.

Meet and exceed revenue goals and oversee project management using the WIP reporting system.

Control regional overhead costs and forecast labor needs, shortages, and overages.

Work with Project Managers to ensure project profitability.

Coordinate with corporate HR, IT, controls, QA/QC, and administration to meet business objectives and compliance requirements.

Develop and coach regional personnel, providing training, coaching, and motivation.

Conduct market analysis and produce reports on competitive movements.

Make occasional site visits to meet clients and conduct job walks.

Travel as required by E2 Optics.

What We Are Looking For

High school diploma required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

7–10 years of telecommunications/low‑voltage management and revenue growth experience.

10+ years of construction/telecommunications experience.

Preferred certifications: PMP or RTPM, RCDD, BICSI Technician Certified.

Required: OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred).

Strong leadership, HR management, conflict resolution, sales and production goal attainment skills.

Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate professionally.

Work Environment and Physical Demands Standard work environment includes indoors business office and construction sites with moderate noise. Tasks require sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs.
