Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Sanford, NC, for a Literature Folder Operator. The operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining folding equipment to produce pharmaceutical packaging components such as inserts and outserts. Daily tasks include setting up machines, monitoring production for accuracy, troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and meeting production deadlines. The operator will work closely with the production and quality teams to uphold the company’s commitment to excellence and precision.

Qualifications

Technical skills in operating and maintaining folding machines and production equipment

Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards

Strong problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting equipment and process issues

Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Knowledge of FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical packaging standards is a plus

Prior experience in a printing or manufacturing setting is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in relevant fields is a plus
