In this leadership role, you’ll bring creativity, precision, and energy to every plate. Working alongside the Executive Chef, you’ll oversee production for fine outlets, member dining, and private events — all while upholding the club’s long-standing tradition of culinary excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, inspire, and develop a talented kitchen team
Execute refined, high-quality cuisine with consistency and flair
Collaborate on seasonal menus, tastings, and special events
Maintain the highest standards in food safety, organization, and presentation
Help manage costs and drive operational excellence
What You Bring:
3+ years of fine dining or luxury hospitality experience
Culinary degree or certification preferred
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A passion for creativity, teamwork, and delivering five-star experiences
VA Food Service Sanitation Certification (or ability to obtain)
