What You'll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as required during incidents or drills.
Support access control procedures to help deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas within the healthcare environment.
Minimum Requirements
At least one year of security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
