Position Summary Part time (depending on case load) Occupational Therapist Assistant to treat geriatric patients.
Minimum Qualifications
Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing.
Experience in Long-term Healthcare (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written documentation.
Position Duties
Responsible for performing therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients.
Provide treatment plans that allow patients to reach their maximum potential or for successful transition to next level of care.
Work with other therapists and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care between the clinical needs and therapy needs.
Be able to educate patients and caretakers to succeed at home after discharge from facility.
Provide quality documentation as required.
