Job Description
TNAA TotalMed RN is looking for a Travel Nurse RN for PCU – Progressive Care Unit in Longview, TX. The position pays $1,697 per week and lasts 13 weeks. Travel nurses will work 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities As a PCU Travel Nurse, you will care for patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessment, but are not unstable enough for ICU care. The RN will perform bedside care, stabilize critical cardiac patients, and manage complex medications.
Provide basic bedside care and stabilize critical cardiac patients.
Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medication, reporting adverse reactions.
Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, interpreting and recording electronic displays.
Initiate corrective action when monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
