What you will do
Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Identify Outcomes/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
Act independently and appropriately within the scope of your license.
Retain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices.
Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
Embrace new ideas, cultural differences, and manage competing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s).
Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health).
Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS required via American Heart Association.
Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
