Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient care to patients in the community.
Perform physical therapy assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and track patient progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and agency requirements.
