Responsibilities
Providing perioperative patient care before, during, and after surgeries
Assisting surgeons and surgical team members during procedures
Monitoring patient vital signs and maintaining a sterile environment
Ensuring safety protocols and infection control standards are met
Skills Needed
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and OR protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations
